30-Day Return Window

We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be in their original packaging

• Sale items and final-sale items are not eligible for return

How to Return

• Email support@store.com with your order number and reason for return

• We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours

• Drop off the package at any postal location

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges if you'd like a different product. Just contact us and we'll sort it out.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
